What is 3D HIFU Body Treatment?
3D-HIFU is the latest technology used to target specific focused areas of fat in the fastest possible treatment time. This technology works by delivering focused energy at a depth of 1.3cm and 8mm to destroy fat cells. The high frequency of the ultrasound wave results in heating under the skin, effectively destroying the fat cells and tightening the skin in the area treated. The damaged cells are flushed away via a natural removal process through the lymphatic system that continues for up to 3 months.
HIFU body (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a single treatment. This innovative and unique technology provides a non-invasive alternative to liposuction and other weight-loss surgeries.
Any fat cells treated with HIFU will not return. Although HIFU offers a permanent effect, coupling it with a healthy diet and exercise programme, will ensure even better results. A fat cell will expand to four times its natural size before multiplying, therefore, how much you eat and exercise will affect your long-term body shape.

The treatment is great for busting those unwanted stubborn areas of fat. Recommended areas of treatment include: the abdomen, flanks, hips, thighs and buttocks.
Results can be seen from two to four months’ post treatment. The average reduction of the treatment area after just one single session is typically 2-4cm.
A single treatment per area is recommended. However, if you wish to have more of an overall fat reduction and inch loss we can design treatment plans combined with other technologies. The beauty of what we offer is that each technology can be combined to enable you to target your needs. This results in a bespoke treatment plan for ensuring maximum results.
During the treatment you may feel a prickly sensation and/or warmth of the hand piece. This is completely normal.
The treatment time depends on the area, appointment is usually 60-90 minutes.
You can go back to your normal daily activities directly after having the treatment, there is no downtime as such. However, sun bathing is to be avoided for four weeks post treatment.
You may have a slight numbness for up to a few days following the treatment and the treated area may show some signs of redness or swelling. Very rarely you may get a sunburn like lesion that resolves itself.
