Surgery is no longer the only option to tighten and lift your face.
Introduction to Non-Surgical Facelift
Are you worried about looking older but not keen on the thought of surgery? Our 3D HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) non-surgical facelift treatment could help you achieve a tighter, more youthful appearance with just one treatment.
Ageing can cause particular concern around the jawline or jowls, the neck and brow area; making us feel older than our years. Non-surgical facelifts have become one of the most sought after treatments for people looking to combat the signs of ageing.
3D Ultimate uses the latest technology called HIFU. This stands for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound. The technology is FDA cleared for lifting and tightening the face, neck and brow. 3D Ultimate harnesses the power of Ultrasound to recondition and renew the skin from within organically.
The results of this targeted treatment help to lift and tighten the face and neck to achieve a more youthful appearance.
8-Point Face Lift using Cross Linked NASHA Fillers
Also known as the “liquid facelift,” or 8-point face lift this is a non-surgical facelift as an alternative to the traditional invasive facelift that many of us are familiar with. The procedure consists of dermal filler injections administered to the face to restore lost volume and shape as a result of years of ageing and various other contributing factors, such as sun damage.
Dr Meyer has an expert and in-depth understanding of the facial anatomy. The aim is to try and achieve a more youthful appearance. This is done by restoring the triangle of youth, a beautifully defined jawline and more volume in the upper face. Dermal fillers can lift and define the face as well as reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The treatment is available at our clinic in Weybridge, Surrey call today to book your consultation on 01932 706402.
Obviously, this type of treatment is a lot less traumatic for the patient as opposed to a traditional facelift, which is ideal for patients who are hesitant to go ‘under the knife’. Similar, effective results can be achieved in this way without having to undergo surgery, which also minimises downtime and discomfort. The risks are therefore also reduced, with infection highly unlikely. This is a non-permanent treatment as the hyaluronic acid-based fillers are naturally broken down within the body over time. Some women choose to opt for a liquid facelift with the intention of undergoing a full facelift at a later date.
A non-surgical facelift offers full facial rejuvenation, for a brighter, youthful, healthy appearance. There will be improvement to the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, facial sagging, gaunt and hollow-like features, and dark circles.
Most patients require just one treatment, with results showing instantly. However, the best results aren’t seen until around 3-4 weeks post-treatment. As this is a non-permanent treatment, most patients tend to see their results last from around 9-12 months, before having to schedule repeat treatments to maintain the results.
Only minimal discomfort is felt throughout the treatment for most patients. A topical or injectable anaesthetic is also used to help reduce any pain or discomfort.
The procedure will take between 60-90 minutes.
Due to the minimally invasive nature of the treatment, you should be able to return to your routine immediately post-treatment with no trouble. However, be sure not to agitate the area for two days while the fillers settle and try not to expose the treatment area to strong sunlight during this time.
Serious side effects are few and far between, but it is completely normal to experience some swelling, bruising and redness at first. This can be covered using makeup while the effects subside.
I was recommended Dr Meyer by a friend. I have now been visiting her for a number of years. Dr Meyer is fully qualified, professional, welcoming and provides an excellent service. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to others.Mrs S Morris
